Our Vision

To be the food company a Bangladeshi household names first — and to carry that reputation onto shelves in every market where Bangladeshi food is eaten.

Our Mission

To manufacture everyday food to a standard we would accept at our own table: honestly sourced, independently tested, fairly priced, and available wherever people actually shop.

Our Values

Six commitments we are measured against

These are not posters in a corridor. Each one has an owner on the management committee and a number attached to it.

Safety before volume

A batch that fails the lab is destroyed, not downgraded and sold cheaper. There is no second-grade channel.

Fair to the farm

Contract prices are agreed before sowing and honoured after harvest, whatever the market does in between.

People we keep

We promote from inside wherever we can. Two of our five plant managers joined as line operators.

Evidence, not adjectives

Any claim on a pack must be traceable to a test result. If we cannot prove it, it does not go on the label.

Honest packs

Declared weight is net weight. We would rather overfill than explain a shortfall.

Lighter footprint

Effluent treatment, 1.2 MW of rooftop solar, and a 2028 target to cut packaging plastic by a third.

Commitments

What we have publicly committed to by 2028

Measured against our 2024 baseline per tonne of finished goods, verified by an external auditor.
Currently 61%. Contract farming gives us traceability and gives the farmer a guaranteed price.
Already achieved at Sreepur; the commitment extends to any new site we commission.
Currently 19%. Recruitment and internal promotion targets are reviewed every quarter.
