Vertical integration

Why the group is shaped this way

A food business fails at its weakest handover. Ours used to be packaging — a laminate that delaminated in monsoon humidity could ruin a perfectly good batch of spice three weeks after it left our quality lab.

Each sister concern exists because a link in that chain was too important to leave to a supplier's priorities. It is not empire-building; it is closing the gaps we kept getting hurt by.

  • 61% of raw material from our own contract farming network
  • 70% of packaging produced in-house
  • 100% of primary distribution on our own fleet
